The company was set up in 2008 to take advantage of opportunities arising from the downturn in the commercial property market. The portfolio largely consists of office property but also includes two industrial development sites in Kent.

We are pro-active. We work with our tenants, our consultants and our contractors to continually improve our properties for the benefit of our tenants and for our investors.

Our strategy is to purchase property where the potential for increased value can be identified through active estate management or further investment and development.

We have a mixed portfolio consisting of:
Secure institutional assets supported by bank finance
Well located secondary assets
Prime development opportunities funded by private equity.


Katana will grow the property portfolio through organic growth, further acquisitions, disposal and re-investment and through development.

The Company is currently seeking opportunities to add to it is portfolio. Our sectors include office, industrial and mixed use sites. Target properties typically have a lot size of £1.0m-£3.0m and are normally within 1½ hours of Farnborough.
