Katana Property Ltd was set up in 2008 to take advantage of opportunities arising from the downturn in the commercial property market. Our portfolio consists of office and industrial property as well as development sites.

Strategy

Our strategy is to purchase property where the potential for increased value can be identified through active estate management or further investment and development.

    Target properties typically have a lot size of £1.0m – £3.0m and are normally situated within 1 hour from Kingston upon Thames.
