The existing office building was largely vacant and dilapidated when Katana Property acquired it in 2016. The building was stripped to core and redeveloped. The ground floors are fitted to shell, suitable for light industrial/warehouse purposes, with fully fitted offices at first floor with the benefit of carpets, raised floors, air cooling and LED lighting.
